Updated Invitation Feature
We’ve updated the invitation feature to let customers invite trusted hackers to their program, regardless of their Clear status. Hackers who are not Clear will receive an invite to onboard to Clear before joining the program. This means hackers don't need to meet Clear lifetime Signal, Impact, or Bounty requirements beforehand. Customers can view a high-level overview of the hacker’s Clear onboarding progress and see when they have accepted the program invitation after becoming Clear.
This feature is perfect for customers who want to work with trusted hackers who are not yet on the HackerOne platform or for those transitioning to HackerOne from another platform. It ensures a smooth integration of their existing hacker network.
To use this self-service invitation queue, go to Settings > Hacker Management > Invitations. You can learn more about the feature here.
Filtering by Date/Time Custom Fields
This feature is available for Enterprise customers only
We’re excited to introduce a new feature available to all Enterprise customers with Custom Fields starting today! This feature allows users to filter the inbox to reports with a custom field set to a specific date range. It’s designed to reduce friction for customers who use custom fields to track dates on their reports.
To use these filters, navigate to the filters bar in the inbox after setting up a custom field with the Date/Time type.
