Assets Dashboard

Organizations: Metrics on unique in-scope assets in your organization

The Assets Dashboard shows the number of unique in-scope assets across your scoped programs during a selected period.

To find the Asset Analytics Dashboard, click Analytics in the left navigation, then click Assets.

Unique In-scope Assets

This chart shows the number of distinct assets that were in scope concurrently during the selected time period. Use the filters to select your programs of interest.

On this chart, you can:

  • Explore - This enables you to take a deep dive into your data to see what areas you need to focus on to improve your program.

  • Show the data in table format - switch between the graph and table views.

  • More - Export the data from the chart, view it in full-screen mode, and show point labels.

What “unique in-scope assets” means

  • Counts reflect assets that were in scope for at least part of the selected period.

  • An asset appearing in multiple programs is counted once.

  • Only in-scope assets are shown.

  • The count represents daily concurrent assets, not cumulative adds over time.
