How to Submit a Report Transfer Request
Go to support.hackerone.com and log in.
Click Submit a ticket.
Under Get in touch, select Contact HackerOne.
Set User Type to I’m a HackerOne customer.
In Program Handle or Program URL, enter your program.
In I need help with…, select Managing my company’s account.
In Additional Information, select Report Transfer.
Complete the form:
Subject: Include the report ID and note that this is a transfer request
Description: Include the report ID, the current program, and the destination program
Click Submit to create the ticket.
What Happens Next
The ticket is automatically routed to HackerOne’s Technical Support team.
An agent will review and respond within 24 business hours.
If all required information is provided, the report will be transferred, and confirmation will be sent via the ticket.
If additional details are needed, the support team will follow up directly on the ticket.
