Homepage šŸŽ‰

We are excited to introduce the Homepage! The Homepage provides a central hub for customers, highlighting all the most critical statistics, key information, and reports that demand attention. This enables faster decision-making, enhances efficiency, improves internal reporting, and ultimately drives better program outcomes. No more digging through data; the key information is brought right to your fingertips!

What we did:

The Homepage is a new landing page with features including:

  • Actionable Reports - Prioritise high-priority reports and critical factors to optimize your efforts.

  • Quick Look Statistics - Track key metrics like open submissions, mediations, auto-disclosures, and response efficiency.

  • Upcoming Events - Stay informed about events, including new Pentests, Challenges, Campaigns, or Spot Checks.

  • Recommendations (Beta)- Receive personalized suggestions to enhance your program and security posture.

  • Customize Your View - Tailor your dashboard for a personalized overview and data-driven decisions.

Why we did it:

To give an at-a-glance view of your program and help you understand what you need to focus on.

Who it helps:

Security analysts and managers can streamline their view of their programā€™s most important actions.

How to use it:

To use the Homepage, select the Home icon in the navigation bar. Customers who log in to HackerOne will also land on the Homepage by default.

Scheduled Automations

What we did:

Released Scheduled Automations for all Professional and Enterprise customers, allowing you to set recurring actions on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Automations can now be triggered by events or run on a schedule.

Why we did it:

To help customers cut down on repetitive security tasks, streamline vulnerability management, and allow security teams to focus on higher-priority issues.

Who it helps:

Hai Sidebar & Contextual Suggestions

Summary

After extensive beta testing with HackerOnies and selected customers, we're excited to announce that we've released the new Hai Sidebar and Contextual Suggestions to all customers today!

What's included:

  • Sidebar Location: Hai is now front and center, making it easier than ever to access its capabilities. The new layout offers seamless switching between the platform and Hai, ensuring a more intuitive experience that keeps you focused.

  • Contextual Suggestions: Hai's predictive capabilities now suggest topics you might discuss next, leading to faster, smarter workflows. With natural language processing, it delivers accurate, in-context responses, enhancing both efficiency and insight.

Why we did it:

  • The new sidebar placement allows users to keep Hai open while working on the main content, eliminating the previous challenge of modal windows overlapping with work areas.

  • By introducing contextual suggestions, we're helping customers discover Hai's full potential, making it easier to understand what questions they can ask and inspiring deeper conversations.

  • We've added signposts throughout the workflow to improve Hai's discoverability, ensuring customers know exactly where and how Hai can assist them.

Hai Program Insights (Beta)

Hai Program Insights is now available in open beta to all customers! After a successful closed beta with selected customers, Haiā€™s Program Insights is now available to all customers in an open beta. This means everyone can access the new Hai functionality.

There are two ways to use it:

  1. Open the "Analytics" play from the Hai menu.

  2. Navigate to your analytics dashboards and click the ā€œExplore with Haiā€ button at the top of your screen.

While still in beta, we expect the functionality to be mostly stable. The open beta allows us to scale up usage while keeping an eye on errors and questions it may not be able to answer. If all goes well, we plan to transition from beta to General Availability on December 3rd, just a few weeks from now. For more information, check out our documentation.
