The Platform Level Spend Tracker offers insight into spending compared to your entitlement. It allows you to:
Track bounty, pentest, and challenge spending across programs for better planning.
Monitor bounty pool usage against subscription details.
Improve predictability for making data-driven decisions.
You can access the spend tracker in two easy ways: get a quick overview from the Homepage or dive deeper into our main spend tracker page:
Go to Organization settings > Spend tracker
Visit Home and check the Organization spend tracker overview section, then click View details for the full spend tracker experience. From there, you can smoothly navigate between tabs to review your spending on Bounty, Pentest, and Challenge.
Key Features
Bounty & Challenges
Overview: Shows the total amount spent across the organization during the current contract period relative to the purchased tier.
Program Name: Lists all program handles associated with your current contract(s).
Subscription ID: Identifies which contract ID the program relates to.
Status: Displays whether or not each program connected to an active contract is currently active.
Total Spent: Lists the amount that has been paid out per program, with the percentage shown against the total contract entitlement.
Remaining: Shows the unspent balance for the contract’s tier, repeated for each row of the contract.
Contract Period: Displays the current contract period. For multi-year contracts, the end date reflects the end of the current year.
Days Remaining: Calculates the remaining days until the contract end date based on the current date.
Testing Period: Displays the challenge testing period.
Pentest
Progress bars:
A split by total number of hours by pentest type (Premium / Essential).
Total hours spent across the organization.
Total hours for pentests in scoping, if any.
Total hours purchased.
The subscription expiration date based on the latest expiration date for all subscriptions.
Pentest: Lists all program names associated with your current contract(s).
Type: Shows the pentest type (Premium / Essential).
Total Spent: Shows the number of hours assigned to the pentest.
