IP allowlists restrict access to HackerOne to approved IP addresses or IP ranges. When enabled, team members can only access the platform from allowlisted networks. To configure or update an IP allowlist for your organization, contact HackerOne Support with the IP addresses or CIDR ranges you would like to allow.

Important Considerations
Ensure the submitted IP addresses are public egress IPs used by your organization or VPN.
Users connecting from non-allowlisted IP addresses will be blocked from accessing HackerOne.
Dynamic IP addresses may cause intermittent access issues if the IP changes.
Before requesting enforcement, verify that at least one administrator can access HackerOne from an approved IP address.
Requesting an Allowlist Update
When contacting HackerOne Support, please include:
The IP addresses or CIDR ranges to allowlist
Whether the request is for a new allowlist or an update to an existing allowlist
The organization's handle or program name associated with the request
To request IP allowlist setup or updates for your team, please submit a ticket through support.hackerone.com. HackerOne Support manages all IP allowlist changes on behalf of customers.
