Programs Can Now Hide the Response Efficiency Rate from Researchers
Programs can now choose whether researchers see their response efficiency percentage, with no Support App request needed.
What we did:
Added a Response efficiency rate - appears on submission form to researchers checkbox to Metrics Display. Unticking it hides the percentage everywhere researchers see it: the submission form, profile sidebar, embedded forms, and opportunity-discovery listings. It's on by default, and programs that already hid it keep it hidden.
Why we did it:
The percentage counts H1 Triage delays against the program, which discouraged researchers from submitting and frustrated customers; they can hide other response metrics but not this one.
Who it helps:
Program owners and admins, who wish to control the program analytics researchers can see.
How to use it:
Go to Customizations > Metrics display, untick the checkbox in the Response efficiency section, and click Update.
