What Are Agentic Credits?
Agentic credits are the consumption currency for HackerOne's agentic products. Each product deducts credits from your organization's entitlement based on usage. Your entitlement is set by your platform tier and any additional credits you have purchased.
Agentic Products
There are currently three agentic products that consume agentic credits:
Asset Intelligence prioritizes high-risk assets and streamlines vulnerability discovery. Only Intelligent Scoping Recommendations are credit chargeable.
Continuous Testing runs always-on agentic testing against your applications as they change.
Remediation builds developer-ready remediation plans from validated findings.
Enable or Disable Agentic Products
Organization Administrators control the enablement/disablement of the agentic products:
Go to Settings → Hai.
Turn Hai on. Hai is the master switch for all agentic products. Turning Hai off turns off every agentic product toggle for your organization.
Turn each agentic product on or off individually: Asset Intelligence, Continuous Testing, Remediation.
If a product toggle appears greyed out, contact your Customer Success Manager. This means your organization has not yet signed the required terms of use for that product.
View Credit Consumption
Go to Settings → Agentic Credit Usage.
Review your current credit balance and consumption by product.
Use this page to track spend against your entitlement and view the credit pricing menu.
FAQs
Why is a product toggle greyed out?
Some agentic products require signed terms of use before activation. Contact your Customer Success Manager to complete this step.
What happens if I turn Hai off?
Turning Hai off disables every agentic product toggle for your organization. No agentic product will run while Hai is off.
What happens when my organization runs out of credits?
By default, agentic products stop running once your credit entitlement is depleted. A run already in progress when your balance hits zero will complete, since credits are confirmed after a run finishes. No further runs are allowed until your balance is restored.
Can my organization go into overage?
Overage is off by default. You can discuss this with your Customer Success Manager. If your organization has overage enabled by your Customer Success Manager, you can continue running agentic products beyond your entitlement for and agreed upon term.
Will I be notified before I run out of credits?
Yes. Your organization receives notifications at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your credit entitlement.
