The Updated Analytics Date Picker
We added a new date picker shortcut feature in Analytics for faster timeframe selection.
What we did:
Introduced preset date ranges in the analytics date picker. Users can now quickly choose from the following options: This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, This Year, and Last Year.
Why we did it:
To simplify the process of setting timeframes when analysing data, reduce repetitive clicks, and improve speed for common date selections.
Who it helps:
All users who work with Analytics and regularly adjust date ranges to review performance or trends.
How to use it:
View any chart in Analytics → click the date picker → select any of the new preset timeframes. The data view will automatically refresh to match your selection.
Slack Integration Update and Enhancements

What we did:
Moved Slack Integration to the new Slack API while retaining old functionality and adding some enhancements
Why we did it:
Slack will deprecate the existing API in 2026, so we needed to update our integration to match the new functionality and chose to add the requested capabilities at the same time.
Who it helps:
Customers who do, or will utilize the Slack Integration.
How to use it:
Learn more about the new integration here. All new customers will only have the 'new' integration as an option moving forward. No action is required at this time.
Insight Agent - Apply Suggestions
We've added the ability to apply suggestions based on recommendations made by Hai’s Insight Agent, specifically for severity and bounty recommendations.
What we did:
Apply Severity Suggestion – Allows users to update a report’s severity using Hai’s recommended value. The modal is prefilled with Hai’s suggestion but remains fully editable if the user wants to adjust any attributes. This uses the same modal already available for updating severity elsewhere in the report.
Apply Bounty Suggestion – Introduces a new modal to suggest and award bounties based on Hai’s recommendations. The modal is prefilled with Hai’s suggested bounty, bonus amounts, and reasoning. Users can edit any of these fields before finalizing the award.
Why we did it:
We wanted to reduce friction for users acting on insights generated in reports, making it easier to implement Hai’s recommendations directly.
Who it helps:
Program users with report and reward permissions who want to quickly apply Hai’s suggested severity or bounty updates.
How to use it:
After generating insights on a report, if you have the appropriate program permissions, you’ll see two new buttons in the severity and bounty sections.
Use these buttons to apply Hai’s suggestions. Each button opens a modal where you can review and edit the prefilled recommendation before saving your changes.
