Customer FAQ

What is Findings?

Findings is a centralized view that lets you search, filter, and prioritize vulnerability reports across all your HackerOne programs in one place.

How is this different from the Inbox?

Unlike the Inbox, Findings shows reports from all programs and allows you to save custom views, apply advanced filters, and use Hai to create search queries.

Why should I use it?

It helps you find critical issues faster, reduce manual effort, and stay aligned across security, dev, and triage teams.

Who is it for?

Anyone managing vulnerabilities, including security leaders, program owners, triage leads, and analysts.

How do I access it?

Click Findings in the left navigation panel in your HackerOne dashboard. It’s available now for all organizations.

Can I share views or boards?

Yes, all boards are available to all users in your organisation.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Findings uses your existing program permissions.

Will this replace the Inbox?

Not today. Findings is a new workspace designed to complement the Inbox with more flexibility and control.

Where can I learn more?

Visit the Findings documentation or reach out to your HackerOne CSM.
